How to enable Do Not Disturb (DND) on the 3CX App

If you wish to place your 3CX app on Do Not Disturb (DND) so that you do not receive calls on your cell phone, click your current status (Green square) and select Do Not Disturb.

Please note: Enabling Do Not Disturb will apply to the entire extension. If you also have a desk phone assigned to the same extension, it will be placed in Do Not Disturb mode as well, and calls will not ring on that device.

1.      Open the app and click on the green square in the top right corner

2.      Select Do Not Disturb

It will go back to the Ready screen and the square will be red, indicating it is in DND mode

3.      To take it out of DND mode, click the red square and select Available

It will go back to the Ready screen and the square will be green again

*NOTE: This will put the extension on DND, so any desk phone with that extension will be set to DND
