How to connect to printers at current location

To connect to the printers at your current location:

  1. First make sure you are connected to the CAN network, either hardwired or using CAN wifi. Printers will not show up when using Guest wifi. There is no way to print when connected to Guest wifi.

  1. On your task bar near the clock, you will see an up arrow

  1. Click on the arrow and then look for the icon that looks like a printer with a Green Plus sign

NOTE: If printer icon is not there or it doesn't have the Green Plus sign, please restart computer. If it is still not there and you are sure you are connected to the CAN network, not Guest wifi, submit a ticket to the IT Department.

  1. Right click on the Printer icon and select Refresh Configurations

  1. You should now see all of the printers available at your current location. If printers are still not showing up and you are sure you are connected to the CAN network, not Guest wifi, submit a ticket to the IT Department.
